ooo I love the new title "University Professor". Congrats and I agree with Grace, you are a natural! Wonderful video, I constantly struggle with what to say and end up not saying anything because I'm so afraid of saying the wrong thing. Your acronym is a great and easy way to remember your tips!

You are such a natural on tv! This was helpful for me to see. I certainly feel like I have made mistakes like these and want to be as supportive as possible. I never realized it could be so difficult. It makes sense of course since it is a complicated issue. As usual, you are an inspiration, Stef.
